What’s new on Cartage
December 10th, 2024
From a new address book to smarter Wilson AI support, here’s what’s new on Cartage this week.
Feature Spotlight: Address Book
Say goodbye to repetitive data entry. Save your frequent pick-up and delivery locations, and Wilson will automatically use them when creating new shipments for you.
Any time you add or update details for a saved address, Wilson will remember them for future shipments.
Wilson Improvements
Ask Shipment Questions: Get broad snapshots on your shipments directly in the General chat. Ask questions like “What’s the status of my 5 loads to Kansas, or what’s the status of all of my in-transit loads” for instant answers. For questions about a specific shipment, continue using the Shipment chat.
Bulk Shipment Booking: You can now ask Wilson to book multiple shipments at a time for the same lane. Use the new quantity field in the General chat or ask him directly: For example — “Find me 5 trucks from Dallas to Kansas.”
In-Context Shipment Details: View and edit shipment information right from a shipment chat on the Wilson page- no need to switch to the Shipments page
