Get quick, accurate pricing for your shipments with Wilson’s instant rate estimates. Wilson pulls the latest rates using both local and external data, complete with confidence scores that let you see how reliable each rate is.

• Confidence Scores: Quickly assess the accuracy of each rate with Wilson’s confidence scores, so you can make informed decisions.

• Rate Data: Wilson’s data capabilities are constantly improving, giving you access to even more reliable and comprehensive rates over time.

• Sends tracking links for shipments directly in the chat

System Updates

Minor Fixes

Fixes and improvements for a smoother experience:

• Login is now only required once every 30 days

• Pressing Enter creates a new line, while Shift+Enter to send a message to Wilson

• Improved UI for shipment date ranges & image formatting in email threads
