An AI freight agent needs a short, specific set of inputs for one lane: who it may book, where the order comes from, which fields make the order bookable, what price it may accept, which address it sends from, who hears about the booking and who decides when something breaks. Where each readiness item gets used on the first load

Walk one load forward and mark when each input is consumed. If an input is never used on the first load, it is not a first-load requirement.
